Deposits & Cancellations

Deposit: usually not required.

• We may request a small deposit (typically $20–$40) for multi-dog bookings, long travel days, or peak holiday periods.
• Any deposit is applied to your total and is non-refundable with less than 48 hours' notice or for a no-show.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a larger deposit or prepayment to rebook.

Matting Policy

Matting: +$16 per 15 min or humane restyle

Severe matting requires additional time and care. We charge $16 per 15 minutes of extra de-matting time, or we may recommend a humane restyle for your pet's comfort and safety.

Flea & Tick Protocol

Flea/Tick: +$32; severe cases may require trailer decontamination

If fleas or ticks are found, we charge an additional $32 for specialized treatment. Severe infestations may require trailer decontamination to protect other pets.

Arrival Window

We'll provide an estimated arrival window

We do our best to arrive as planned, but traffic, weather, parking, and the needs of the pet before yours can shift timing. We'll text when we're en-route and keep you updated if anything changes.

Grooming Cadence Pricing

Groom cadence pricing: 4–8 week schedule holds pricing; >10 weeks may add a restyling fee

Regular grooming every 4-8 weeks maintains our standard pricing. If more than 10 weeks pass between grooms, a restyling fee may apply due to additional work required.

Safety Protocol

Safety stop-language for anxious/aggressive pets

If a pet becomes overly anxious or aggressive during grooming, we may pause or stop the service for safety reasons. Time spent will be charged accordingly. We prioritize your pet's wellbeing above all else.
